Client Comment | | I especially wanted to thank you and your staff for the Housing Developer Pro software that we used in our programs. Because of Housing Developer Pro we were able to complete scopes of work/specifications for over 300 projects, 172 housing units were paint stabilized for the Lead Safe Atlanta program and 167 homes were serviced for the Atlanta Green and Healthy Homes Initiative. The focus of both programs were to address health, safety and environmental issues in households with young children and the elderly. Our mission has been accomplished. Once again, Thank you. | | J. | Q. |
Why is Bid History used to calculate my new unit costs? |
| A. |
New unit cost data is calculated based on bids you’ve received at the line-item level of detail because it ensures that the unit costs you’re using for your cost estimates are as accurate as possible for you. Unit costs should be a reflection of your community, your housing stock, and your contractors; this is an improvement upon regional cost data or even zip-code cost data because it is very specific to you.
