Client Comment | | I use HDP for my spec writhing and cost estimating, and I have been using HDP since approximately 2012. I also use HDP for lead paint abatement programs. I use this program for over 6 cities, towns, and non profits and am told by all that they are impressed with the lay out and inclusiveness of all specs submitted.
