What is HDP Online Bidding?
HDP Online Bidding is a service offered through Housing Developer Pro (HDP) that allows your housing rehabilitation contractors to submit their bids online; bids are then automatically imported into HDP for you.
Housing Developer Pro 3.5.14 software supports the HDP Online Bidding service; to use HDP Online Bidding, you must be a licensed user of Housing Developer Pro.
Who should use HDP Online Bidding?
You must have Housing Developer Pro software in order to use the HDP Online Bidding service; creating the rehabilitation scope of work, requesting bids, and retrieval of submitted bids is all done through HDP.
Housing Developer Pro users are typically government agencies (mostly cities and counties) and non-profit organizations. If you don’t have the software already, learn more about HDP.
If you are a contractor looking to electronically submit bids on projects, you’ll first need to be in touch with a local agency using Housing Developer Pro. Find one on our partial client list.
How does HDP Online Bidding work?
Through Housing Developer Pro, you electronically send requests for bids on your scopes of work (Bid Requests) to contractors of your choice; those contractors then log-in to the secure HDP Online Bidding website to submit their bids. When bidding closes, in one click your bids are automatically imported into HDP for your review.

With the help of HDP Online Bidding, you will:
