Client Comment | | I’m a strong proponent of automation of spec writing. This program (HDP) has added a level of consistency that I was lacking before. It helps add some science to the balance between “art and science” that is part of being a Rehab Specialist. Yes, you have to figure out how to repair something the right way. You will always have scenarios that I call “head scratchers” when you tear apart an old house that has been remodeled or repaired insufficiently.
