I utilize HDP to produce customized “front end” documents for our projects. With a few keystrokes I can produce a full set of Bid Documents which may include a bid worksheet, instructions to bidder, bid form and requirements and office estimates. After the bids are accepted HDP gives me an easy way to compare the bids and award the project. HDP also updates my specification costs allowing me to produce accurate construction budgets for future projects.
